Do note that our collectibles are often listed on our website on a pre-order basis. This means that the item that you purchase may not have been manufactured yet. While we strive to have our items delivered to you in a timely fashion, our collectibles are often hand-painted and assembled, and may take several months from the close of the pre-order to reach you.
CHARGEBACK DISPUTES / PAYPAL CLAIMS
If you do have an issue with your order/pre-orders, we recommend you contact our Customer Support instead of initiating a chargeback dispute or a claim through PayPal. Our team is here to help you with such issues and are fully equipped to resolve any problems that you might be facing with your orders. Initiating a chargeback will only extend the time taken to reach a resolution and restricts the options we have available to assist you.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY ACCOUNT IF I SUBMIT A CHARGEBACK / PAYPAL CLAIM?
We do not recommend initiating a chargeback as we will need to temporarily disable your Mighty Jaxx account to resolve the issue, this in turn will limit our ability to initiate any refunds to you and may limit our ability to ship orders to you while we work to resolve the dispute. Multiple chargebacks or PayPal claims by the same account may result in longer or even permanent closure of your account.
WHAT DO I DO IF I INITIATED A CHARGEBACK / CLAIM BY ACCIDENT?
Please contact your bank or PayPal directly to inform them that the chargeback was submitted by accident and request for a reversal. Once you have done so, kindly contact our Customer Support and we will proceed with the order once the dispute is reversed and confirmed as resolved on our end.
WILL MY ORDER PROCEED WHILE I RESOLVE THE CHARGEBACK WITH MY BANK / PAYPAL?
When a chargeback is opened, we will stop all orders pertaining to the account that initiated the chargeback and we will not be able to ship any items, until the dispute is confirmed as resolved by our system on our end.
