DO I NEED TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH SPLITIT IN ORDER TO USE IT?
You will receive a username upon making a purchase using SplitIt. You can then login to see all your plans as well as update your credit card details.
WILL MY CREDIT CARD CHARGE ME INTEREST RATES IF I USE SPLITIT?
There will be no additional charges or fees by SplitIt or your financial institution if you select SplitIt as your payment option.
I USED MY DEBIT CARD SUPPORTED BY VISA / MASTERCARD FOR SPLITIT. WHY IS MY TRANSACTION DECLINED?
Our installment plan for SplitIt only supports Credit Cards (Visa/Mastercard).
CAN I PUSH BACK MY PAYMENT DATE FOR SPLITIT?
You will not be able to do so, once the payment has been confirmed. However, if you are facing any technical difficulties or challenges that are preventing you from paying on time, please contact SplitIt as soon as possible.

Yes, you can! You can do so via the SplitIt Portal by logging in using your username and password.
CAN I APPLY A PROMO CODE TO MY ORDER IF I SELECT SPLITIT AS MY PAYMENT OPTION?
Yes, you can! You can apply the promo code before checking out and selecting SplitIt as your payment option and the final amount will be automatically calculated for you.
