The following is a disclaimer on Mighty Jaxx’s incense chamber products. Please note the following:
- Always use incense chambers responsibly and to handle them with care.
- Please refrain from touching when the incense chamber is in use as the surface is hot and may cause burns.
- Do not use more than 2 incense cones at one time.
- Never leave burning incense unattended.
- Always place your burner on a heat-resistant surface, such as a trivet or ceramic tile.
- Burn incense with sufficient fresh air flow by opening windows.
- Keep away from children and pets.
- Please consult your physician before using if you have the following conditions:
- Are asthmatic
- Suffer from respiratory syndromes
- Are prone to seizures
- Have a history of stroke
- Are pregnant or nursing
- Do not burn incense while under the influence of mind-altering substances.
- Our liability is limited to repair or replacement of the product(s) which are returned to us in the specified period. In no event shall the company be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of the product.
