We understand that you have been eagerly anticipating the arrival of your Flower and Man (Winter Edition) figure and we would like to apologise for for taking longer than expected to ship this item to you.
In our last round of quality control checks, we discovered that several figures had some minor cracks on the surface of their domes while others had some discolouration in their flowers. We simply cannot allow these imperfections to reach you and our factory partner is already working on a new batch of figures at this point of update.
Our team remains fully committed to closely monitoring the progress of this project at the factory and will provide updates to you as we get them. As of now, we estimate to ship your order out to you from the new batch of figures within Q1 2024.
Once again, we truly apologise for any inconvenience this delay may cause as we pride ourselves in creating quality collectibles and we appreciate your utmost patience and support rendered to us throughout this journey.
27 September 2023:
We are making steady progress on this project since the switch of our factory partner but due to the intricacies of the clear dome, the process is more intensive than expected and we ask for a little more time at these final stages of production. We wanted to reach out and provide you with a further update on the status of your Flower and Man (Winter Edition) order. We sincerely apologize for the extended delay and understand the frustration this has caused, but please know that we’re making good progress with our new factory partner - check out our latest sample:
It’s all coming together nicely now. After facing some difficulties with the double-casting process as shared previously, we’re making positive steps towards delivering this masterful collectible.
We just ask for a little more time - we expect our Flower and Man (Winter Edition) to begin fulfilment by September 2023 if everything goes smoothly.
We understand that trust and transparency are of utmost importance during these circumstances and we thank you for your continued patience and understanding.
9 February 2023:
We apologize for the inaccurate updates that were previously posted on this page. This was due to an internal mix-up of project statuses. We have reviewed and revised our internal procedures to avoid a similar situation in the future.
The product is, in fact, still in mass production, due to a change in production factory and we expect the product to be completed in May 2023. Our last production batch from the previous factory failed to meet our strict quality standard as the double-casting process has proven to be much more challenging than expected, but we have found an alternative factory to overcome those challenges.
We simply could not in good conscience ship a product that did not meet both our and your expectations. We will send out a separate e-mail on this update to all affected customers who have pre-ordered this product shortly.
We truly apologize for this extended delay.

Due to the recent supply chain disruptions and transportation challenges, we are taking longer than expected to process all fulfilments of this item.

26 October 2022:
Production for this collectible has been completed and the stocks have just started freight transit to our logistics facility for packing and sorting. Once they arrive, we will begin processing fulfillment for all orders.
