Our team has been carefully refining the details and colors to ensure the final sculpture meets the high standards you expect. As part of this process, we’ve encountered some challenges with color matching, which required additional sampling and adjustments. These steps are crucial to ensure that every piece truly reflects the artistry and quality envisioned for The Enchantress.
We are now targeting February 2026 for the completion of production, with fulfillment expected to extend through March 2026, depending on your region. We understand that waiting can be frustrating, and we deeply appreciate your patience as we take the time needed to deliver an exceptional product in both design and finish.

12 June 2025:
The production for this item is moving right along, and we're putting in our best efforts to enhance its design. Once we wrap up mass production and everything clears our quality control checks, we'll start transporting the item to our logistics facility for packing and sorting. We really appreciate your patience and understanding, and we're excited to deliver your item in September 2025.
28 February 2025:
We’re finalizing the details and colors for The Enchantress sculpture. During earlier stages, we faced challenges with color applications and surface quality, which didn’t meet our high standards or the vision for the piece. As we’re committed to delivering only the best, we’ve made adjustments to ensure the final product is exceptional.
Due to these challenges and the complexity of the sculpture, we’ve revised our timeline. We now expect full production to be completed by May 2025, with pre-orders delivered in June 2025.
We apologize for any inconvenience this delay may cause and appreciate your patience and support as we work to create something truly remarkable. We’ll continue to keep you updated. Thank you again for your understanding.

We're currently addressing some quality issues with the initial samples of The Enchantress collection. We're working diligently to resolve problems like breakage, chipping, and color inconsistencies to ensure the final product meets our high standards. Due to these unforeseen circumstances, production is delayed. We'll provide updates on the revised timeline as soon as possible.
