I live in Germany however, my tracking number shows that the package is headed to...Grenada?!?? They are not the same!!
Yes you're right, they aren't but neither is this package in transit either. If you are tracking your package via the default URL Trackingmore.com, try 17track.com!
It should reflect Germany instead.
From the time you receive your shipping confirmation and tracking number, it will be helpful to enter your tracking number at www.gdsk.de
Usually you should get notified with a flyer or paper if a delivery attempt failed, but sometimes it might get mistaken as rubbish and accidentally disposed. Thus, always keep an eye on your tracking information so you know when to expect your parcel or how to arrange for a self collection / redelivery.
Once the package reaches the DESTINATION, it gets handed over to your local shipping company to be despatched. If you notice that there are no updates of the delivery progress, please contact your local shipping company (In most case, General Logistics System).
If you get called up by the customs to pay the tax (Custom duties), you will be notified of the delivery stages/ transport company. Please note that custom tax differ from country to country, sometimes you pay, sometimes you get away with it. But all customers purchasing overseas are liable for it. Refusing to pay for the tax may cause your parcel to get rejected and sent back to the country of origins. In cases like this, you will have to pay for shipping cost to have your package redelivered to you.
