Parcel has been shipped but recipient did not pick up their parcel in time and it got sent back to us.
- Customer are responsible for shipping charges for parcel that needs to be resent. Shipping charges are not refundable nor is order cancellable. If you believe that the parcel did not reach, please contact our Customer Care team HERE
A delivery has been attempted and a slip was left to notify.
- Once a tracking number has been given to you, do keep track of its status so you don't miss its update!
- Contact your nearest post office (Or as stated in its tracking number) to arrange a redelivery.
I changed my shipping address and i forgot to let you know about it!
- We're so sorry that we are not able to change the address once it has been shipped but you are able to get in touch with your local postage company to make arrangement for the parcel to be delivered to the new address or have it picked up.

Tracking shows delivered but i did not received it. What do i do?
- If you are unable to locate your parcel, please contact the local postage company in case they are able to provide additional details pertaining the delivery. Do check with your family and neighbor in case they have intercept the parcel on your behalf.
