Each pre-order will have their own estimated shipping date.
For dates showing the Specific month (i.e. December 2019) the estimated shipping date can be any time between the first day to the last day of the month.
For dates showing shipping quarters, each shipping quarter covers the following dates:
Q1: 1 Jan - 31 Mar
Q2: 1 Apr - 30 Jun
Q3: 1 July - 30 Sep
Q4: 1 Oct - 31 Dec

Once the item is ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Shipping will take an estimated 7 business days, internationally. Please keep in mind that this may vary due to holidays and/or peak periods.
The timeline stated on the individual product pages do not include any potential customs clearance delay or hold-up due to unforeseen circumstances.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
We will send a shipping confirmation email to you once your order has shipped and you can click on the link to track your order. We also recommend you track your parcel via the courier’s website. Alternatively, you can also track your parcel using 17 Track.
