Great news! We're expecting the second batch of the shipment to reach the Singapore port by the end of February. Please keep in mind that this estimate is subject to any unforeseen delivery circumstances, such as port congestion or weather delays, but we are monitoring the progress closely.
As soon as your order is processed through the port and dispatched for final delivery, a follow-up email will be sent alongside your tracking number so you can monitor its arrival.
We appreciate your continued patience as we move into this final stage.
29 September:
During our quality checks, we found that the intricacies of the hand-painted parts did not align with the original Pantone colors and the intended artwork. To ensure that the final product truly reflects Vexx’s vision, we’ve sent the pieces back for rework.
This has unfortunately pushed the estimated fulfillment date to December 2025, with some regions extending to the |end of January 2026.
The good news: we’ve just received confirmation that some batches are expected to arrive between late October and mid-November 2025, which will allow us to begin partial fulfillment ahead of schedule.
We deeply appreciate your patience and support as we work to deliver a collectible that meets the highest standards of craftsmanship. Rest assured, we’ll continue to share updates along the way.

We know you might be eager to get your hands on this amazing piece of art, and we completely understand! These Mickey Mouse figures are truly special because each one is hand-painted by a skilled artist. There are so many incredible details that take time and precision to create, so it's definitely a labor of love!
On top of that, the upcoming Lunar New Year holiday has caused a temporary pause in production at the factory in China. But don't worry; things will be up and running again as soon as the celebrations are over.
The good news is that we're still expecting your Mickey Mouse to be completed by the end of May, with shipping on track for June 2025, just as originally estimated.

We want to update you on the design process for our product, which involves complex pad prints requiring precise alignment and color matching. Although we've been working closely with our factories to meet high-quality standards, the process has taken longer than expected due to several iterations to ensure accuracy and stability.
