Being Processed: Your order has been shipped and we are processing your order right at this moment. In-stock item will have a processing time of 14 working days while preorders, you will be able to view the estimated shipping quarter/month HERE.
What happens next after it being processed?
Once it has been processed, we will be in the midst of preparing for its shipment. After shipping out your parcel, you will receive an email confirmation and tracking number. The status of your order will be changed to "Fulfilled".
After Fulfillment: We'd advice you to keep track of your parcel once you received the tracking number, as we do have a couple of instances where local postage company doesn't leave a notice when they are out for delivery hence a tracking number will always be a good indication of the parcel whereabouts. Customers then will be able to contact local post office regarding a redelivery. Recipient are solely responsible for redelivery charges.
