What happens next after it being processed?
Once the order has been processed, we will ship the order to you. After shipping out your order, you will receive an email confirmation and tracking number. The status of your order will then be changed to "Fulfilled".
After Fulfillment: We recommend that you keep track of your parcel once you received the tracking number, as we do have a couple of instances where local postage company doesn't leave a notice when they are out for delivery hence a tracking number will always be a good indication of the parcel whereabouts.
Customers then will be able to contact local post office regarding a re-delivery.
Recipient are solely responsible for re-delivery charges incurred.
